Mandatory notification of trade - Employee share savings scheme
Primary insiders in Data Respons ASA have subscribed to new shares in Data Respons ASA (DAT) as part of the company's employee share saving scheme for 2016.
The share saving scheme is directed at all employees in Data Respons Norge AS, Data Respons AB, Data Respons A/S and Data Respons ASA, where each employee may subscribe to a maximum of 10 000 shares, limited to 10% of the employee's gross fixed salary. The subscription price was set to NOK 8.35 per share, representing the weighted average share price of transactions in the DAT share on Oslo Stock Exchange the day before the subscription period (26 April 2016) of NOK 11.13, less a discount of 25%.
