NOK 1,00 dividend
- Data Respons has focused on its core business and become a more cost effective organisation, resulting in 5 consecutive years with improved profitability. In the fourth quarter, the company had an operating margin of 8 % and the services segment achieved the long-term goal of a 10 % operating margin. The company also had a strong cash flow from operations throughout the year. On this basis, the Board of Directors proposes to continue with a dividend of NOK 1,00 per share for 2014, offering one of the highest dividend yields at the Oslo Stock Exchange, says Ragnvaldsen.
Record high order intake
- Over the past years, our main goal has been to focus on the company's key markets, leading to organic growth of 6 % in 2014. In the final quarter of the year the company achieved a record high order intake and order backlog after significant contracts were signed with customers within Medical, Maritime, Telecom and Industry. This is a great inspiration for us and we are especially glad that we signed bigger and more significant international customers during the past year, says Ragnvaldsen.
Continued positive development
- In 2014 the company enjoyed both revenue growth and improved profitability. Although the market conditions are still mixed, we see significant potential in several of our key markets. The positive development in the services segment combined with a solid order backlog in the products & solutions segment provides a good basis for continued positive development in 2015, concludes Ragnvaldsen.
